The Global Conference Management Group is not obliged to contract on the basis of that information. 2.Only persons who is allowed to participate in conference can register... 3.All Confrence registrations must be paid for in full as per registration fees chart... 4.The Global Conference Management Group will not be responsible for any lost or stolen conference registration invitations... 5.The Global Conference Management Group may place restrictions on the number of Conference registration per user... 6.A customer making a conference registration on behalf of a group, by doing so, accepts the Global Conference Management Group terms and conditions on behalf of all group members and becomes responsible for making all payments due from the group... 7.Nothing in these General Terms excludes or limits the Global Conference Management Group liability for death or personal injury, caused directly by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. All other liabilities of the Global Conference Management Group (including without limitation for cancellation, deficiencies in the Global Conference Management Group or performance, or damage to property) shall be limited to the total of the face value of the conference registration paid.
